Submission Grappling Armlock
This armlock has been part of the Japanese Ju-Jutsu arsenal for hundreds of years; here’s how it’s applied in a modern-day submission grappling context…

Stephan is pinning his opponent in side mount |

Stephan switches his base and faces the legs, maintaining control over his opponent’s upper body. |
