	Denis clinches with his opponent in the ‘over and under’ position.
	Denis catches an attempted knee strike, being careful not to let his opponent knee his head…
	... and lifts his opponent into the air using his legs and back.
	He slams his opponent to the mat, finishing in a cradle position
