What about International orders?
We accept and have shipped many international orders! Shipping costs outside the United States and Canada are $15. International orders will be sent using small package airmail

How quickly will I get my order? How do you ship me my DVDs?
Items will usually be shipped on the next business day.

Orders to street addresses in the southern 48 states, or Canada, are shipped via UPS Ground, which is typically a 4 to 6 business day delivery time

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska are shipped by expedited mail (as your shipping cost to use UPS would be very high). Transit time is typically 2 to 3 weeks.

Orders to PO boxes are shipped by expedited mail (since UPS won't deliver to PO boxes). Shipping time is typically 2 to 3 weeks.

DVDs shipped overseas are sent via small package airmail. Shipping time varies, but is often 2 to 4 weeks.

Do your DVDs have menus?
YES, they all have menus and chapter marks, so you can easily skip between sections and get to the portion or technique you want.

Are they DVD-R or 'pressed DVDs'
All DVDs produced by Grapplearts are 'pressed', not burned. This method of duplication is the exact same method used by Hollywood to produce their DVDs that you might buy or rent from Blockbuster.

The only exception are the two Erik Paulson DVDs, which are not produced by us and are actually DVD-Rs. These 'burned' DVDs are produced by a method somewhat similar to a DVD produced by your home computer.
