Once you confirm your email address by clicking on that link two things will happen:

• Your internet browser will go to a special page where you can download your free book, and
• You will start receiving the Beginning BJJ Newsletter

If you can’t find this email in your inbox then check your spam box and adjust your spam settings to allow emails sent from stephan “at” beginningbjj.com into your inbox. Remember, if you decide that you don’t like the newsletters you can unsubscribe anonymously at any time.
