This guard pass requires commitment and some athleticism, but is quick and can take an opponent by surprise.

Standing Guard Pass Denis stands in his opponent’s guard, controlling both feet to avoid getting kicked or swept.
Standing Guard Pass He brings his opponent’s legs tightly together…
Standing Guard Pass …and starts to swing his right leg in a big counter-clockwise motion.
Standing Guard Pass The swing carries Denis’s leg across to the other side of his opponent’s body…
