From a review on Fighter's Review

"One of the best things about Yoga is that you learn how to breath while stretching. That way if you get pinned in an uncomfortable position while fighting an opponent you can still breath and not get tired or panic."

"Yoga for the martial artist is a professional quality video that can benefit martial artists in any discipline. As a martial artist who has trained in a variety of styles in the past sixteen years (including Brazilian jiu-jitsu, tae kwon do and wu shu) I did not expect to learn much from the DVD that I did not already know about stretching, and was sceptical about yoga in general. However, I was pleasantly surprised to learn extremely useful new stretches from the DVD.

I was also impressed with the integrated, full-body approach to stretching that was presented in the DVD. This balanced approach to flexibility is missing from many martial artists’ stretching routines."
