I’m normally accessible through this page, but between today and August 14th, 2017 I’m off the grid, hiking in the Swiss Alps in the shadow of the mountains below.

Trouble is I will have very sporadic internet access while I’m there (mountain hostels don’t typically have wifi).  So I’ve taken down this form for now and won’t be responding to email.

So if you have any concerns, questions, issues, refunds, or suggestions I would be very happy to take care of them after August 14th.

I’ll be in an especially friendly mood after this vacation, so whatever your problem is I’m sure we’ll be able to sort out for you then!
