My friend and coach Erik Paulson was recently featured on the MMA Podcast Carson’s Corner.

It is a very interesting interview in which he candidly discusses his recent (triumphant) return to the ring, why he wasn’t allowed to compete in the early UFC, and coaching such fighters as Ken Shamrock and Josh Barnett.
