As his opponent shoots in to take him down Denis secures a front head lock, trapping the opponent’s head and left arm with his own arms
	Denis drops to the mat, making sure he is off to one side
	Continuing the momentum he throws his weight down, putting his weight on the back of his opponent’s head
	The technique forces his opponent to flip over Denis’s body
	Denis follows him and ends up in a very strong cervical lock submission
